Previously from Illinois, Allison and her husband Timothy moved to Indianapolis 8 years ago, and instantly fell in love with the city. They were married here, bought a house here, and adopted two dogs here. They have “planted their flag” in Indianapolis and are proud to call themselves Hoosiers. Allison’s activism in local politics has ramped up over the past three years, and she’s finally decided a run at public service is in order.

Allison and her husband Timothy were 2007 Atlas!Liberty scholarship winners selected to attend the Campaign & Elections workshop and seminar in Washington, D.C.

Allison was born and raised in Cambridge, Illinois; and attended Western Illinois University, where she was an active member of the band programs. Both Allison and Timothy were classically trained musicians, and both are active with their church.

Allison is a 2008 recipient of the Dr. Barbara Bourland Light of Liberty award (Libertarian Party of Indiana).

After working in the music industry for years, Allison and her husband decided to go into business helping families keep more of their own money. As licensed reprentatives, Allison & Timothy show families how to become debt-free and financially independent.

Having worked in the private sector for the past 10+ years, she’s learned what helps make business profitable. These same ideals can be applied to government to make it more efficient. Allison has been studying politics most of her life, and has specific training in the financial industry. Many politicians today have become entrenched, and keep policies and procedures in place simply because it has always been that way. She’s looking to bring fresh, innovative ideas into the mix; ideas that challenge the “business-as-usual” mentality and encourage others to be more fiscally responsible.
